If you carry your childhood with you, you never become older, goes an old saying. Bringing this thought to life, The Times of India and Navbharat Times in association with Tender Hearts School (THS), Kursi Road campus, recently organized a fascinating, open-for-all event, ‘Festibition-2018’. An eclectic mix of a wonderful fete and enriching exhibition, the bright and sunny Sunday morning of offered children of all age groups right from Pre-primary to Senior to participate equally and enthusiastically in a plethora of fun-filled activities lined up throughout the day.

Neeraj Bora, member of Legislative Assembly, Uttar Pradesh Government, graced the event as Chief Guest. He urged the students to put their bestfoot forward at Festibition 2018. The students were geared up to give an awesome experience through wonderful fete and enriching exhibition that left all the parents and the people awestruck. All the classes were decorated keeping in mind different themes that they were presenting. The classes were true replica of the scientific temperament and fantasy which this exhibition wanted to portray.

The pre primary section primary section was all about beautiful fairy land to horrifying Halloween parties, winter wonderland and the deadly pirates. The students of K.G I created a THS supermarket to show their marketing skills. It also portrayed different forms of flora and fauna, food and nutrition and regions of the earth, which left the visitors spellbound even the students interacted with such gaiety and poise towards infusing confidence and all-round development of a child. The students also presented workable models showing the importance of water, air and electricity. They also presented Modern techniques of farming, method of making household electronic goods at home and various innovations in technology.

The budding bankers of THS commerce section gave a glimpse of banking sector. The whole banking scenario and structure was depicted by the students of class 11th from bank activities to e -gallery functions, were explained through presentations and workable models of ATM machines , cash deposits and passbook printer , Robotics was also taken up by the students and many innovation in technology were demonstrated.

The theme of the Early age to modern age showed the journey of man from early man to the age of "CHANDRAYAAN " splendid models from Buddha period to Mughal architecture feasted the eyes of the visitors , a beautiful "MEENA BAZAAR " was also set up that took everyone to the by-lanes of Mughal's social structure, students characterised themselves as Bhagat Singh , Rani of Jhansi, Gandhiji stole the show. Depiction of " Smart City " added feather to the cap, it showed the future of our cities and suggested ways of healthy and self-reliant life style . It showed solar panels, vertical farming, bio-gas plants etc. The budding scientists of THS made people realise through their multiple working models that Modern ages is an age of scientific temperament and aesthetic sense and both combined together can make the world a better place to live.
